Sarah whipped up a recipe for a Breakfast Parfait using our Smoothie Mix that is not only delicious, it is a downright work of art!

And if you want to recreate Sarah's parfait recipe, here's how:


RECIPES


VANILLA COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop Sneakz Organic Vanilla Protein Powder


Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or closed container and let sit 4+

hours or overnight.



CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE

  •  1/2 cup yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1 scoop Sneakz Organic Chocolate Protein Powder


Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Using less milk will make
a thicker smoothie.



STRAWBERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING

  • 2 cups milk (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 4-5 medium strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop Sneakz Organic Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon pitaya powder (for color)


Blend everything except chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Transfer
to a large mason jar or closed container. Stir in chia seeds.
Refrigerate 4+ hours or overnight.
