Meal2Go, my morning routine, and a secret added ingredient…

Jeff's Morning Routine
I roll over on the 'right side' of the morning, brush my teeth, and make my way to the kitchen where I pick up a packet of my favorite Meal2Go, Cinnamon Vanilla Swirl. Pour Meal2Go in a blender, along with a handful of blueberries and unsweetened almond or walnut milk. Something simple and not at all precise, I don't measure, I pour in an amount that looks good shooting for 10 ounces. But really, it doesn't matter much if I end up with a little more or less liquid. It still tastes great. Then I pour it into my favorite glass – a Murano glass goblet I got at an antique store for a dollar – then sip the goodness. I usually finish my makeshift Meal2Go smoothie in about two or three big gulps - it tastes that good.
Jeff's Secret Ingredient
Oh, one more thing, you're missing the secret ingredient! While preparing and drinking my Meal2Go, satisfying my nutritional needs, I say three, "thank you's." Thank you for my family. Thank you for my home and the country we live in. And, thank YOU for trying this product. Each day is different. 'I'll say thank you for something that happened the day before or an opportunity that I know is coming today. It can be anything. I'm always on the lookout for a chance to be thankful.

P.S.S. Meal2Go is my go-to for travel food. Throw a pack in a shaker cup, add water, shake it up, and drink. It's much healthier for you than the airport or airplane food.
