7 Layer Rainbow Smoothie Pops

Red/Pink Layer(s): 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, 2/3 cup mixed strawberries and raspberries, 2 tbsp water or milk of choice (we used our Vanilla Milkshake drink for all layers)

Orange Layer(s): 1/4 frozen banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1 large carrot (steamed; we used our Babycook from Beaba), 1/2 an orange, 1 apricot (pit removed) and 2 tbsp water or milk

Yellow Layer(s): 1/4 frozen banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, 2/3 cup frozen pineapple, the flesh of one mango cheek, 1/4 tsp ground tumeric and 2 tbsp water or milk

Green Layer(s): 1/4 frozen banana, 2/3 cup yogurt, 1/3 cup pineapple, a handful of spinach and 3 tbsp water or milk

Blue Layer(s): 1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, a little bit of blue spirulina and 3 tbsp water or milk

Purple Layer(s): 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, 3/4 cup mixed blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, and 2 tbsp water or milk

Magenta Layer(s): 1/4 frozen banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/3 cup mixed strawberries and raspberries, 1 small beet (steamed; we used our Babycook) and 3 tbsp water or milk

How To Make Them

For each color/ layer, place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water as needed if mixture becomes too thick.

Continue blending each layer until you have 7 different colors/ bowls of mixture (Be sure to rinse out your blender in between colors!).

Next, spoon the mixtures one color at a time into your mold (your layers will blend a little, but that is fine!) Once your molds are filled, freeze overnight and enjoy the next day! So beautiful, so fun and so healthy!

This recipe yielded about 12 popsicles in our standard mold. With any extras you can drink as a smoothie or freeze for yogurt bark! 😊🙌🏻 2 snacks for one! 😍😉
