Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles

Our friend and Holistic Health Coach, Hallie Stephenson is fueling up for life's big moments with these delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles. Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles

What You'll Need:

  • One box grain-free waffle mix of your choice. Hallie recommends Simple Mills.
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp grapeseed, coconut or vegetable oil
  • One scoop of Sneakz Meal2Go
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (recipe for homemade Coconut Milk to substitute dairy milk below)

 How You Make Them:

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions
  • Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and serve!

 

Hallie's Coconut Milk Recipe

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 cups warm filtered water (If you don't have filtered, bring to a boil, let cool, then use)

How You Make It:

  • Blend in a high-speed blender for 5-7 minutes.
    Pour through a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth to remove pulp.
