Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles

Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles

Our friend and Holistic Health Coach, Hallie Stephenson is fueling up for life's big moments with these delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles. With a scoop of Sneakz Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder, they are not only gluten-free, but they can be entirely plant-based if you choose. Simply substitute dairy milk for your favorite plant-based alternative, and eggs for your vegan binder of choice (applesauce, banana, and flax are common options). Sneakz Vegan Protein Powder packs an added punch to help support digestive and immune system health with the probiotic GanedenBC30 (Bacillus Coagulans GBI-30 6086).

Read on for the recipe for these powerhouse waffles, and an added bonus for homemade coconut milk courtesy of Hallie.

*this recipe could also be made even more allergen-friendly by swapping out Peanut Butter for your nut-butter of choice or by simply omitting it as a topping entirely.
